The Role

As our new Sales Director, you will be the driving force behind our commercial growth. You’ll shape and execute the sales strategy, lead a passionate team, and expand our footprint in both established and emerging markets.

What You’ll Do

  • Define and execute a winning commercial strategy.

  • Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing sales team.

  • Unlock new market opportunities and strengthen key customer relationships.

  • Work closely with marketing and product development to accelerate success.

  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and KPIs to deliver results.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, commerce, or life sciences.

  • 8+ years of commercial experience, including 3+ years in leadership.

  • MedTech/biotech/pharma background preferred.

  • Strategic mindset with strong analytical skills.

  • Fluent in Dutch and English, with excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
